Child Safety in the Home

City & Guilds Approved Training Centre.

Children under the age of five years are more at risk from an accident in the home than anywhere else. Many of these accidents are preventable. Developed specifically to address this issue, our course focuses on the most common types of home accidents affecting this age group and their prevention.

This one day course is accredited by City & Guilds and there is an optional assessment available for those delegates seeking accreditation from a nationally recognised awarding body. An optional one hour City & Guilds exam at the end of the course is available .

Book this course together with a place on the Choosing and Using Home Safety Equipment course and save money!*

*Price when booked separately: £99+VAT for non-members and £84+VAT for RoSPA members. When booked together you pay £175+VAT for non-members and £160.00+VAT for members for both courses.

Who should attend

All those involved with families and their children. From community groups and health professionals to statutory organisations, all have a role to play in the prevention of childhood accidents in the home.
