RoSPA Advanced Drivers and Riders (RoADAR)

Department of the Environment
The DoE has a road safety education department and a network of road safety education officers around Northern Ireland. The officers can give advice on local road safety issues, dangerous roads, signage, maintenance, fitting child car seats and safety campaigns. Road Trauma Support
Road Trauma Support is a local organisation that can provide emotional support, practical help and information to people who have been bereaved or injured as a result of road traffic collisions. PSNI Road Policing Development Branch
The PSNI Road Policing Development Branch deals with issues concerning new legislation, road safety initiatives, equipment and policies concerning traffic for the whole force. Its purpose is to support the force in providing an effective traffic policing service, thereby improving road casualty reduction and road user convenience. They also consult with the Department of the Environment, Road Safety Council and other agencies to ensure a corporate approach to this important area of public concern.
