NB Using data from the Labour Force Survey, the sector headings show estimates of % reporting levels and incidence rates for respective overall work sectors. This is for information only and the adjustment has not been made to incidence rates for individual SIC Codes/Activities.
All entrants
In the boxes at the end of Section 3.2, please indicate your organisation’s SIC Code(s) and insert the appropriate rate(s) from the table column headed ‘All reported non-fatal injuries per 100,000 employees’.
If your organisation’s activities are covered by several different SIC Codes, please insert the rate for the activity in which the largest number of employees are engaged.
