As a long-term supporter of RoSPA we are delighted to receive this award. Babcock has placed a considerable focus on improving safety, which has produced tangible benefits and improvements. We are extremely proud to have won the Facilities Management Sector Award, which recognises all who have contributed to our health and safety performance and acts as a real incentive to continue in our goal to send everyone home safe every day.

Astor Trophy
E.ON is proud to receive the Astor Trophy, which recognises the innovative and engaging delivery of health provision by our Occupational Health Team as well as the commitment of our senior leadership teams and colleagues in improving the health and wellbeing of the entire workforce. Good health is fundamental in building a sustainable business and we will continue to strive to not just meet best practice, but to continue to develop it.
Louise Boston, Occupational Health Manager, E.ON
When the team found out we had won the Astor Trophy they were practically bursting with pride. To be recognised nationally for what you have achieved somehow makes it more real. In fact you can almost feel the sense of pride spreading through the business as the news spreads. More importantly it develops a sense of what is possible. Managers become more receptive to a self confident, focused 'award winning' team and the team become even more motivated to challenge and develop. All I can say is that the overall impact of the award has been hugely positive.
