Daytime Presentations

Presentation Ceremony

The 2012 RoSPA Scotland Occupational Health and Safety Awards Ceremonies will take place on September 20, 2012 in the Ballroom of the Glasgow Hilton Hotel.

Any number of guests are welcome to attend, allowing all who have contributed to the organisation's achievements to celebrate the success. With group photographs being taken on site there is no better way to capture the moment and recognise the efforts of all those involved. During the presentations, informal seating will be available for supporters/spectators of the person nominated receiving the award. Throughout the ceremony in the Ballroom there will be a cash bar serving drinks and light refreshments.

Your registration time and presentation group number will be included in your Winner's information email. Award-winning organisations are required to provide details of the person nominated to receive their organisation's award. Complete and submit the Presentation Ceremony form by August 17, 2012.

Timing is critical to the smooth running of the ceremony and we would therefore make the following recommendations:

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your registration time, and wait in the Ballroom for your group to be called to register
  • Help keep delays to a minimum by adhering to the rule of 'one recipient per award'
  • Your nominated recipient should report promptly to the registration desk when your group number is called.

If you follow these three steps we will endeavour to present your award within 30 minutes of registration.

Find out more about our prize draw and the chance to win the NEW Apple iPad, PS Vita WiFi with game or Flip Mino HD 3rd Generation Camcorder.

Unable to attend the Scotland ceremony?

Group photograph

Successful health and safety management undoubtedly involves team effort. A great way to recognise the whole team's contribution is with a group photograph.
