When Ken Woodward lost his eyesight, his sense of smell and taste in a workplace accident he was determined that no one else should become a victim. He decided that he was going to make a difference and become a full time safety trainer. This video represents the culmination of his journey towards a greater understanding of modern safety issues and how this has led to dramatic improvements in safety performance within his own company.
