Behavioural Safety
A consultant with extensive experience in the theory and practice of behavioural-based safety programmes will work with you to design and implement a programme to address the needs of your workplace. Via observation and analysis they will ascertain the principal causes of human error and safety violations. The consultant will then work with you to devise and implement an effective behavioural change process.
