BTEC Qualification - Recognising vocational driving competence
RoSPA's BTEC qualifications can be obtained by drivers who have already undertaken one of our recognised courses as listed below. These awards are a more flexible form of learning that use PRIOR LEARNING to gain nationally recognised qualifications rather than the endless amounts of studying and production of extensive workbooks traditionally required. Instead, these qualifications draw on practical experience and achievement already gained elsewhere. These nationally recognised qualifications of PRIOR LEARNING are now available at the levels listed below. Please note that you must have already taken one of the courses listed below to be eligible for the BTEC. RoSPA’s own courses are shown below in red. If you would like to gain a BTEC but cannot demonstrate prior attendance on one of the courses shown below, please follow the red links for more information about how to attend the course (please note that additional costs apply for individuals wishing to attend a course in addition to the BTEC qualification)
