Post-Accident Course
Loss of confidence is a very real after effect of being involved in an accident. RoSPA understands the need to provide immediate support and training to the driver to understand why the accident happened and what they can do to prevent a similar type of accident occurring.

Course aims and objectives
This course aims:
- To rebuild confidence on the road after an incident
- To revisit the accident to gain understanding of what went wrong and find out how it could have been prevented
- To develop a correct and systematic approach to minimising risk
- To promote understanding of the principles of defensive driving

Who should attend?
Anyone who drives a vehicle for work purposes who has been involved in an accident and may have lost confidence, and who is looking to improve their driving skills to avoid future incidents.
Additional information
All delegates should be familiar with the latest edition of the Highway Code.
The course runs on a 2:1 delegate to trainer ratio (delegate ratios may vary depending on vehicle type).
This course may take place at RoSPA’s driver training centre in Birmingham, or can be taken at customers' premises.
