4x4 Off-Road Driving Instructor Course
What does the course involve?
The course will help potential instructors achieve the knowledge, skill and techniques to train their own staff in health & safety issues relating to the driving of 4x4 vehicles off-road. Upon successful completion of the course, the delegate will be a Fully Certified 4x4 Off-Road Instructor.
Who should attend?
This advanced course is designed for holders of the 4x4 Professional Off-Road Course Certificate. It has been specially designed to assist staff in the emergency services and utilities sector who may be required to undertake 4x4 training within their own organisation.

Course objectives
Delegates aim to become fully-certified 6x6 or 4x4 Off-Road Instructors.
Based on the Instructor Assessment course, this course will help potential instructors to achieve the knowledge, skill and instructional techniques to train their own staff in health and safety issues relating to the driving of 6x6 or 4x4 vehicles off-road.
Who should attend?
This advanced course is designed for holders of the 6x6/4x4 Professional Off-Road certificate.
It has been specially designed to assist staff in the emergency services utility sector who may be required to undertake 4x4 training within their own organisations.
Additional information
Delegates must have attended RoSPA’s two-day Professional 4x4 Off-Road course. The course is run on a 3:1 delegate to trainer ratio. Customers must supply their own vehicles.
