What is the Review?
Linking together two key areas of safety management (road and occupational safety) RoSPA is able to provide a unique form of consultancy to assist with occupational road risk. Many employees spend a great deal of time behind the wheel, so effectively controlling the risks to which they are exposed is essential. RoSPA has taken the lead in developing an approach to managing risks on the road.

This new consultancy service from RoSPA is designed to analyse accident costs within organisations and to generate effective recommendations. The main aims of the service are to:
- Identify the size of accident costs within the organisation
- Identify and set the standard
- Measure company performance against the standard and set recommendations
Additional information
The RoSPA report will provide you with a step-by-step approach to an effective and lasting programme for the management of occupational road risk within your organisation. The service will also identify key procedures that, once implemented, should help to lower insurance costs. The Initial Status Review is based on the HSE's '5 Steps Approach' to health and safety management
