Disability Discrimination Act Assessments (DDA)
The DDA requires that play area providers have an assessment of their play area for suitability by disabled users. RoSPA can undertake an assessment at the same time as the annual inspection for an additional charge of £33.50. The assessment will indicate what reasonable adjustments, if any, are required to make your play areas accessible to all users.
