KFV stated, "There are no special traffic laws about driving a car for the purpose of work in Austria, there is only general traffic law relating to blood alcohol (0,5), no speeding, etc. In the case of an accident it is the employer who has to vouch for the consequences of civil law, unless the employee's culpability was too heavy".
