RoSPA’s COURSE FEES FALL THIS AUTUMN

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents is offering attractive discounts on its training courses this autumn.

The Society is offering 15 per cent off all one-day and two-day occupational health and safety training courses running throughout September and October, when places are booked by the end of September.

The discount applies to both members’ and non-members’ prices and covers RoSPA courses running throughout the UK, including Scotland.

As a leader in the provision of high quality training, RoSPA runs skills and management courses covering a range of occupational health and safety issues. The comprehensive training portfolio includes, for example, one-day courses exploring Accident Investigation, Fire Safety, Managing Stress and Violence, and Risk Assessment, and two-day courses focusing on Employee Consultation and Safer People Handling.

To tie in with the Health and Safety Executive’s Better Backs campaign, which gets underway in October, RoSPA is also offering a 10 per cent discount on five-day Manual Handling Trainers and Assessors courses running in September and October.

John Lester, RoSPA Workplace Safety General Manager, said: “We have introduced this broad discount off the price of our training courses in order to encourage employers who might have delayed investing in occupational health and safety training to take that first step and find out how RoSPA can help their organisation. It could also be an opportunity for organisations already familiar with RoSPA to explore an area of training they have not previously considered.

“RoSPA prides itself on being at the forefront of developments in occupational health and safety and when it comes to high quality training, we aim to lead where others will follow.”
