RoSPA's mission is to save lives and reduce injuries

Occupational Safety

Every year in the UK we face the challenge of reducing: about 350 fatalities to workers and members of the public due to reportable accidents at work. 750 deaths in work-related road crashes. Some 12,000 early deaths due to past exposure to hazardous agents, for example asbestos. Over 36 million working days lost due to work-related accidents and ill health.

Our role at RoSPA is to focus our resources in ways which will help to reduce these figures and contribute to sustainable safety change.
