Background
Ecovert FM is a Facilities Management company offering a full range of self-delivered Facilities Management services to its clients. Ecovert FM's senior health and safety manager, Steven Browne, describes the company's attitude to health and safety matters.

The need for training
Of particular interest was the IOSH Managing Safely course, together with the IOSH Supervisors and Safety Representatives course.
"This training ensures that there is a top-down and bottom-up approach to health and safety within the
organisation and is oneway of raising general awareness of health and safety within Ecovert FM."
