Senior Managers' Guide to Successful Health & Safety Management one-day in-company course

Aims and objectives:
To provide an understanding of the elements and benefits of a successful health and safety management system.

Delegates will be able to identify their responsibilities and know how health and safety can be successfully managed within an organisation by integration with business management.

Who is the course intended for?
Senior managers and directors with responsibility for setting and reviewing health and safety policy, and for providing resources for achievement of such policy.

No prior knowledge required.

A list of related publications that can be read in preparation for the course can be provided.
