NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety (Level 3)
Every year many construction site workers are killed or injured as a result of an accident at work; others suffer ill health, such as musculoskeletal disorders, dermatitis or asbestos-related diseases. However, hazards are not restricted to those working on building sites. Children and other members of the public are also killed or injured because construction activities have not been adequately controlled.
The construction industry’s performance has shown a steady long-term improvement, which is most welcome - but there is no room for complacency, and employers have an obligation to keep their workers and the general public safe and healthy.
Recent strengthening of legislation means that it is now more important than ever to ensure that your organisation has top-notch health and safety management systems in place - keeping employees and members of the public safe and healthy will not only prevent tragedy, it will also save the business money and improve the organisation's public image. Health and safety training will help your organisation to accomplish these goals.
The NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety will provide a broad understanding of key health and safety issues within the construction industry, and ensure that managers and supervisors are able to fulfil their statutory obligations.

- Those with construction management responsibilities and for those who are required to provide routine, day-to-day advice on health, safety and welfare in construction work
