Workforce Involvement in Safety and Health (WISH )
Reporting & involvement One of the goals of the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE) newly-launched strategy is to promote worker involvement where employers and employees and their representatives work collaboratively to improve health and safety in workplaces.
'good practice in workforce involvement in non-unionised workplaces', to feed back to the HSE. There will be a particular focus on direct employee participation in front line health and safety problem solving.
