By establishing the principal causes of human error and health and safety violations, this innovative course plays a vital role in realising the vision of an accident and injury free culture. The course details the key theories relating to effective behaviour management, the principles of measuring performance and the ways in which to change behaviour successfully. |
What will the delegate bring back to the workplace? ● An understanding of the psychology of behaviour ● The ability to describe and apply the key theories which relate to effective behaviour management ● The skill to explain the importance of managing workplace consequences ● How behavioural compliance can be used to measure health and safety performance ● An understanding of the key components of a successful behaviour change process ● Creation of a personal action plan to tackle behavioural based safety within their own organisation. All delegates who successfully complete the course will be awarded a RoSPA certificate of training. |
