Venue - Hilton Hotel, Blackpool
The Blackpool Hilton is a modern hotel, located at the north end of the promenade, on Blackpool's Seafront, just a 20 minute drive from Blackpool Airport. The hotel has excellent facilities including a health club, gym and swimming pool. Free parking is available at the hotel for guests and day delegates.
Approximately 250 delegate rooms are available at the Hilton on a first come first served basis. Following this, delegates will be accommodated at the Barcello Imperial Hotel, just a five minute walk from the Hilton.
The full delegate package:
- Accommodation for Monday and Tuesday
- Breakfast Tuesday and Wednesday
- Lunch on Tuesday
- Dinner on Monday and Tuesday
- Refreshments throughout the Congress

Prices
RoSPA members’ delegate rate
Full congress delegate** £480.00 + VAT = £564.00
Day delegate £355.00 + VAT = £417.13
RoSPA non-members’ delegate rate
Full congress delegate** £560.00 + VAT = £658.00
Day delegate £430.00 + VAT = £505.25
Places will only be confirmed when payment of the appropriate fee has been received. Delegate fees include meals and accommodation.
** Accommodation will be allocated to the Blackpool Hilton Hotel on a first come first served basis. Alternative accommodation will be at the Barcello Blackpool Imperial Hotel.
How to pay
CHEQUE
A cheque drawn on a UK bank made payable to RoSPA Enterprises Ltd.
CREDIT CARD
We are happy to accept payment by Mastercard/VISA/ AMEX and SWITCH. Please tick the appropriate box on the booking form and remember to include the security number.
INVOICE (UK delegates only)
If you wish to be invoiced prior to payment, an order number must be quoted on the booking form. Invoice will be payable on receipt.
BACS
Our bank details are available on application.
CANCELLATION
Delegates who cancel their registration by 12th January 2009 will have fees refunded less an administration charge of 25%. No refunds will be made after this date but replacement delegates will be accepted.
