RoSPA's Road Safety Work: Supporting Professionals and Practitioners
RoSPA is a partnership organisation. Almost every Local Authority in the UK is a member of RoSPA’s Road Safety Department, as are many Police Forces, companies and organisations. RoSPA works very closely with other organisations with the aim of developing and disseminating good practice in road safety.
- Information Centre
RoSPA runs a unique Information Centre that offers an extensive enquiry service, and holds information on all aspects of health and safety: road, workplace, home, risk education, product, water and leisure.
- Conferences, Seminars and Journals
RoSPA conducts an annual Road Safety Congress each year and several one day seminars and events. We also publish two professional road safety journals.
- Professional Liaison
RoSPA works closely with a wide range of road safety and road user groups in many ways, including through our NAtional Road Safety Committee and Road Safety Advisory Group.
- Road Safety Membership
Many organisations (local authorities, police forces, companies) and individuals are RoSPA Road Safety Members, supporting our work in helping to prevent accidents, and also enjoying a range of benefits.
- Road Safety Engineering Training
RoSPA and TMS Consultancy run the UK’s premier training courses for road safety engineers.
