Road Safety Resources for Employers
Driving is the most dangerous work activity that most people do. Millions of cars, vans, lorries, taxis, buses, motorcycles are used for work. Very few organisations operate without using motor vehicles. About 150 People are killed and seriously injured every week in crashes involving someone who was driving, riding or otherwise using the road for work. The HSE say that "health and safety law applies to on-the-road work activities as to all work activities and the risks should be effectively managed within a health and safety system".

Young Drivers at Work
The results of a project run by RoSPA designed to get a better understanding of the risks faced, and created, by young (17-24 years) drivers at work. The results were published in a report in March 2009, freely available here, which will help employers and road safety professionals to better understand the risks for young at-work drivers.
