 Trampolines have the bonus of being a form of healthy exercise as well as being great fun and are reportedly the third most wanted gift for children aged five to thirteen. The current boom in trampolining is almost certain to lead to an increase in accidents, but that does not mean that parents should not buy trampolines for their children. Revised First Aid Resuscitation Guidelines |

Following a review of resuscitation science, revised CPR guidelines have been issued which focus on a back-to-basics approach and are therefore easier to learn. 30 chest compressions are now recommended for every 2 rescue breaths. RoSPA’s recently revised Emergency Aid poster contains full details and will help communicate the changes within your organisation.

RoSPA Mini-Motorbike Guidance |
There have been at least six deaths involving mini-motorbikes in the last two years and many more people are likely to have been injured. Additional Hertfordshire Training Dates |
Due to popular demand we are now able to offer our popular Display Screen Equipment Training course in Hertfordshire. This two-day course will take place on 22-23 January 2007 and costs Members just £220 and non-members £240. We are also offering the three-day Introduction to Safety and Health in Hertfordshire on 19 February 2006.
