Why tackle occupational road risk?

There are two important reasons why employers cannot ignore or defer the issue of at-work driving risks:

1. The law says all employers must carry out a risk assessment if any of their employees drive on business, either in company vehicles or in their own vehicles. Directors and managers of firms that don't do this run a real risk to themselves - of prosecution and the subsequent likelihood of heavy fines or even being sent to jail.

2. Accidents and incidents cost businesses a huge amount of money in repair bills, higher insurance premiums and lost working time. Dealing with the road risk issue will save your organisation time and money and increase its profits.

We can now bring you the unique answer to road risk. Hour for hour and pound for pound, this is the most cost-effective and complete solution you can choose - and it's easy to use.

RoSPA's MORR Complete Compliance Review is the most compliant solution for your legal requirements. It provides you with risk profiles of all employees who drive on business and gives you a tailored plan of essential actions and recommended steps, and much, much more

Our solution simply and effectively delivers a total road risk solution for any size company. Visit our website to learn more.

RoSPA currently offers help with managing your strategic health and safety responsibilities with a range of Specialist Directors' Consultancy services including:

Directors' Health and Safety Reporting (HSR)
Quality Safety Audit Scheme

No business, however outstanding, can afford to delay reviewing their corporate governance of health and safety. Directors need to be able to show that they have taken all reasonable steps to manage risks, and have effective health and safety management systems in place, including arrangements for involving their workforce.

To help directors and senior managers to assess their leadership in this vital area, RoSPA has developed a service that can be tailored to any business, helping organisations and employers understand this confusing area of health and safety and the law.
