Presentation ceremony

We look forward to welcoming you to one of our awards ceremonies. Any number of guests are welcome to attend the daytime presentations, allowing all who have contributed to the organisation's achievements to celebrate their success. Informal seating will be available allowing supporters to watch proceedings, whilst the nominated person is presented with the award. A cash bar will be available serving drinks and light refreshments.

Timing is critical to the smooth running of the ceremony and we would therefore make the following recommendations:

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your registration time and wait in the presentation room for your group to be called to register.
  • Help keep delays to a minimum by adhering to the rule of 'one recipient per award'.
  • The nominated recipient should report promptly to the registration desk when your group number is called.

We will endeavour to present your award within 30 minutes of registration.

Registration and presentation time notifications will be sent via email by the end of May for the London ceremony, mid June for the Birmingham ceremony and by mid August for the Scotland ceremony.
