Managing Leisure and Recreation Safety

Organising and running leisure events and activities for the public often involves decisions that can have a significant impact on safety. Myths about safety rules, fear of litigation and misunderstandings as to what is expected can lead to activities and events being curtailed or not run at all. This course aims to raise awareness of the potential pitfalls and clarifies duties, whilst providing a practical framework to help run leisure activities and events safely.

This course is certified by RoSPA. It is delivered in a practical manner, focusing on providing the key skills and knowledge to help enable leisure activities and events to take place safely.
