What is the Level 3 Safer People Handling Trainers Refresher course?
This 2 day accredited handling people course aims to update and further develop existing Level 4 Safer People Handling Trainer's knowledge and skills by introducing them to new theories and practices relating to the subject area of safer people handling practices and training.
Who is the Level 3 Safer People Handling Trainers Refresher course for?
This handling people course is designed for delegates who have completed Level 4 Safer People Handling Trainers qualification. Delegates who undertake this course will be kept up-to-date whenever there is a change in work practices, resulting in the introduction of a new system of work related to manual handling, or use of equipment to handle loads.
How often should moving and handling training be updated?
There is no set requirement, however the HSE recommends that moving and handling refresher courses are undertaken annually and provided at intervals no more than every three years.
