Synopsis
Wellbeing in the context of the workplace usually refers to the creation of an environment where staff feel content, supported, safe and able to reach their full potential. The subject touches on mental health at work as well as physical and financial health and disability issues. To care for and invest in the wellbeing of employees is not just a sign of a good employer; promoting employee wellness also has a number of benefits, including reduced levels of sickness, higher levels of morale, performance and job satisfaction, and low staff turnover.
This webinar explores the common types of wellbeing strategies and initiatives that can be used by employers. It focuses on ways in which employers can support mental health at work, promote physical health and encourage healthy lifestyles.
