Daytime Presentation

Any number of guests are welcome to attend the daytime presentation, allowing all who have contributed to your organisation's achievements to celebrate their success. Informal seating will be available allowing supporters to watch proceedings while the nominated person is presented with the award.

Timing is critical to the smooth running of the ceremony and we would therefore make the following recommendations:

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your registration time and wait in the presentation room for your group to be called to register

  • Help keep delays to a minimum by adhering to the rule of 'one recipient per award'

  • The nominated recipient should report promptly to the registration desk when your group number is called.

We will endeavour to present your award within 40 minutes of registration.
