Fleet driver trainer opportunities

With the growing demand for our driver training and road risk management services, RoSPA is expanding its team of professional driver trainers. As a trusted name in road safety for over 100 years, we’re looking for qualified ADIs with fleet experience to join us. You’ll deliver high-quality training across the UK (and occasionally overseas) for a wide range of clients, with regular assignments, competitive day rates, and the opportunity to make a real difference on the road.

Why choose RoSPA?

For more than a century, RoSPA has been the name behind safer roads. We developed the first Highway Code, led the charge for seatbelt and drink‑drive laws, and still chair the UK’s National Road Safety Committee. Today, our vision—an accident‑free world—powers government projects from England’s DfT initiatives to Wales’ landmark 20 mph rollout and the Scottish Occupational Road Safety Alliance (ScoRSA). We currently have a number of exciting opportunities for driver trainers to join our team.

What sets us apart?
▪️100+ years of leadership in road safety innovation
▪️
Trusted partner to DfT, National Highways, DVSA, Road Safety GB and more
▪️Growing demand for our training across the UK and internationally.

Hear what our driver trainers have to say:

“I’ve been an ADI for 20 years, and I absolutely love the fresh challenges and variety that come with being an Associate Fleet Trainer with RoSPA. The role gives me the chance to travel, meet new people, and work alongside businesses to address their unique challenges, all with the goal of reducing risk and raising driving standards. One day I might be working at an airport, the next in a forest, delivering a wide range of courses tailored to different sectors. I really enjoy being part of the RoSPA team and making a real, positive impact on road safety.”
Vicky Sweeney, RoSPA Regional Fleet Trainer

“Delivering fleet training for RoSPA not only enhances road safety but also enriches my work with diverse challenges and rewarding experiences. It allows me to make a meaningful impact by cultivating safe driving habits and fostering a culture of excellence on the road. Additionally, it provides me with the opportunity to work in various locations, continuously adapting and evolving to meet new challenges."
Paul Huskins, RoSPA Regional Fleet Trainer

“I joined RoSPA a couple of years back, thinking I would be taking part in road safety, contributing to reducing accidents, and making the UK roads safer for everyone. I am proud to say my decision was right. I think joining RoSPA was one of my best decisions. There are opportunities if you want to progress with the help and support of the team.”
Sohail Riaz, RoSPA Regional Fleet Trainer
