The RoSPA Awards will make their return to Dubai in 2023, with an exciting venue change and a co-located Health and Safety Excellence Forum!
Dubai is a real hub of culture and tourism, with an endless amount of things to see and do. Both the forum and ceremony will take place at The Address, Dubai Mall, which as its name suggests, is connected directly with the second largest mall in the world, hosting a huge line-up of attractions
right on your doorstep.
The Venue – Address Dubai Mall
The Address Dubai Mall is located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, with the wonders of the world’s largest retail and entertainment destination on your doorstep, and overlooking the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.

Evening Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner | The Address, Dubai Mall
Tickets are available at £299 for RoSPA Members, and £335 for Non-Members.
Dubai tickets incur an additional 15% charge to cover Dubai 5% VAT and 10% DTCM fee. £44.85 Member / £50.25 Non-Member per seat.
After placing your online booking you will receive an acknowledgement email. Your booking will not be complete until receipt of your invoice and official booking confirmation email – which will be sent from [email protected] within 7 working days of placing your order. This will also contain further details of the proceedings and ticket dispatch.

Dress code: Business attire, national dress or uniform.
Timings for the evening ceremony:
- 6:30pm - Drinks reception
- 7:30pm - Speeches commence, followed by a three course meal and entertainment
The official RoSPA photographers will be on-hand at the ceremony to record award presentations in full colour. Award winners will receive one digital copy free of charge. These will be emailed 10 working days after each ceremony. If required sooner, please order an express digital photo for £55 which can be sent via email the week following your presentation (RoSPA Members are eligible for a 10% discount).

Group photographs
Successful health and safety management undoubtedly involves team effort. A great way to recognise the whole team's contribution is with a group photograph. The image will be sent to you within 12 hours, making it ideal for immediate use for PR purposes and in-house newsletters.
Pre-order a group photograph for £55 plus VAT (RoSPA Members are eligible for a 10% discount). Payment can be made by debit/credit card or on receipt of an official purchase order number for invoicing. Group photographs will be hosted at the end of the night, and will take place on stage. A member of RoSPA staff will notify you when it’s your turn.
All prices quoted for the Dubai ceremony are plus 20% VAT, where applicable.
Health and Safety Excellence Forum | The Address, Dubai Mall
The RoSPA Health and Safety Excellence Forum provides you with access to a network of likeminded Health and Safety professionals, offering support and sharing advice that can help with refining and improving your safety management systems and career on a wider level.
Good safety performance deserves to be recognised and rewarded – hear presentations from organisations that are at different stages in their Safety journey, learn how you can enhance your organisations’ health and safety systems and culture, and even develop your own career! If you enter the RoSPA awards, this is the perfect opportunity to get direct advice from RoSPA and other winning organisations to help improve your award submission.
The forum will commence with registration at 8:30am, with proceedings running from 9:00am to 12:00pm, followed by some lunch.
The forum is free to attend, but places are limited so we would recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
