By joining the Fall Fighter movement as an employer, charity or community group, you can do something positive for your employees, volunteers, their loved ones and the community.
Through helping your employees learn about falls and how to prevent them, you can enable them and their families to age well and enjoy a productive, healthy and independent older life.
Completing the session will equip people with knowledge of the key causes of falls, and the skills and confidence to prevent falls as well as how to respond if someone experiences a fall.

The more people armed with an understanding of how falls can impact our loved ones, the more people we can help. This can also help reduce absenteeism and costs related to falls or caring for those who have experienced a fall, as well as reduce the burden on the NHS and social care providers.
You can deliver the Fall Fighter awareness session free of charge to your employees.
RSA has pledged a donation of £5 to RoSPA for every person that completes the Fall Fighter session online, helping support our vision of life free from serious accidental injury.

Download the SCORM file for e-learning to plug into your own learning management system (LMS) and enable your employees to complete the session at a time that works for them!
Download the Fall Fighter presentation to deliver your training in-house. No prior knowledge is required and the session can be delivered quickly and easily, for instance during a lunch break.
Don’t have a learning management system? No need to worry, we have a limited number of places available on our own learning management system – just sign your employees up today.
Both options will take just 15-20 minutes but the benefits will last a lifetime and potentially safe a life.
Everyone who completes the session will be awarded a Fall Fighter certificate and receive a digital toolkit to help them spread the word to others.
