Scrap Car Comparison announces RoSPA as its nominated charity
RoSPA has been chosen as Scrap Car Comparison's nominated charity for the next financial quarter, giving customers the opportunity to support the charity's life-saving work through vehicle donations.
From November 2026 through to the end of January 2027, Scrap Car Comparison (SCC) customers will be able to donate a percentage of their scrappage amount to RoSPA.
Founded in 2008, Scrap Car Comparison was one of the country’s first comparison websites for scrap vehicle prices. It has also grown and developed a nationwide network of reputable scrap car breakers, collectors and dedicated buyers.
Processing thousands of vehicle valuations every month gives the SCC team a unique insight into the condition of cars on UK roads and the issues that can affect driver safety. That expertise is regularly shared through data-led research, expert advice and campaigns designed to help motorists stay safe and make informed decisions about their vehicles.
As RoSPA is a leading and highly respected authority on road safety, the opportunity to become SCC's nominated charity aligns closely with its ongoing work to improve safety and save lives.
Scrap Car Comparison’s charity programme is only a few years old but has already raised over £1 million for charitable organisations across the UK.
