The primary role of a health and safety representative (HSR) is to represent employees in their designated work group (DWG) on matters of health and safety to their employer.
What is the Health and Safety Representative course?
This one-day course provides an understanding of the roles of representatives and of safety committees. This course will help employers to fulfil their legal requirements to consult with employees on health and safety matters, as well as creating a positive safety culture to improve performance, raise standards and create a safer and healthier workforce.
